huaqing Palace
Huaqing Palace, also known as Tang Huaqing Palace, is located at No. 38 Huaqing Road, Lintong District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, at the northern foot of Xixiu Ridge in Lishan Mountain. It is a landmark scenic spot for Tang Palace cultural tourism in China. It belongs to a national AAAAA tourist attraction and a national key cultural relic protection unit. The Huaqing Palace Scenic Area consists of two parts: Huaqing Pool and Lishan Mountain. It is adjacent to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the "Eighth Wonder of the World". It is famous for its allusions to the war playing vassals, the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei, and the place where the Xi'an Incident took place. Huaqing Palace Scenic Area can be divided into five areas according to the content of scenic spots: Yutang Cultural Area, Red Cultural Area, Gongyuan Cultural Area, Natural Scenic Area, and Liyuan Cultural Area. The main attractions include Yutang Ruins Museum, Changsheng Hall, Tangliyuan Ruins Museum, The site of the Xi'an Incident, Jiulong Lake and Furong Lake.
